Question Base model verses F Sport

I have a base ES 350 (2019) and would like to have both a summer set of wheels and tires as well as winter. The stock 18" wheels and tires will be used for colder or winter weather, but I would like to put the 19" wheels and tires on in the summer which the F Sport has. Can I do this without any problem on the base model, or will there be some type of wheel well clearance issue?

There is a very slight difference in diameter and circumference between 235/45R18 and 235/40R19. From the Tire Size Comparison Calculator:

Size 1 235/45R18
Size 2 235/40R19
Compare
Size 1 Size 2 Diff
Diameter 26.3" 26.4" +0.4%
Width 9.3" 9.3" 0%
Sidewall 4.2" 3.7" -11.9%
Circum. 82.7" 82.9" +0.4%
Revs/Mile 766 764 -2

The calculator also shows the speedometer error but even there the difference is in the 0.1 to 0.3 mph range.

For the slight differences in tire diameter/circumference there is a "Tire change calibration" section in the XXXX Lexus ES YYYY Navigation and Multimedia System Owner's Manual (page location varies by version) which has instructions for recalibrating the navigation system for the differences between the old and new sets of tires.

Rear Valance: I am considering changing the a rear valance between the tail pipes on the back of my 2019 ES 350 base. I like the one that comes with the F Sport, but I am not sure it will fit the base model in place of the plain stock one I have now. Does anyone have any information on whether the back bumper cover for the base model will accept this F Sport valance in place of the stock one? Looking at aftermarket ones that are painted are sharp, but costly. I don't want to purchase this, take it all apart, and realize then that it won't fit. Thanks.
