Hello everyone,

Great info on this forum it has helped me a lot. So am considering buying the 2021 LS 500 and I was wondering if ambient lightening under the door handles only turn ON when the doors are open? Or do they also light up when the doors are closed and the vehicle is moving?

The last model I had was the very first LS back in 1990 and I never drove anything like it to date, very smooth and extremely comfortable. Now considering going back from the S class (2018), the ambient lightening was fantastic on that car and I now hate driving at night in absolute darkness.
