Panoramic Sunroof Started Leaking
I would consider artificially generated pressure to be relatively high pressure. Any leak as a result of machine or device that applies water is likely the cause of the intrusion rather than any inherent design or fault with the seals.
Also I wasn't being a smart___, just factual. I'm new to these parts because I just got an ES and am trying to help you with your car (huge compliment to you that i'm even in this thread) so if you know anything about me, you're in for a shock for when i actually am being a smart___. No need to be defensive just cause I respond with info you don't like. I just call it like it is.

I took a close look at my panoramic roof and looked thru the service manual. I could not find any evidence the panoramic roof has pillar drains. Pillar drains are shown for the standard moon roof, but not the panoramic roof. I have a 2019 ES350 UL. Am I missing something?

I had the creaky pano roof on my 2019 ES350. took it into the dealer they had to remove some bolts and put locktite on them. there was also another one in that same day for the same thing.they said it was common that year no problems since.
I agree with your comments about improved quality but the lack of a separate dealership network is a real turn off. Who wants to go to a Hyundai dealership to buy a luxury Genesis? You don’t go to Walmart to buy an elegant evening gown. I know it sounds elitist but just keeping it real.
Track the depreciation over a year or two and then tell me it couldn't be further from the truth. They are way overpriced including the new GV80 that Tiger just crashed.
For S&G's I ran a comparison between a G70 and an IS350. The G70 loses $23k and the IS $25k after 5 years A whopping 4% difference based off of original MSRP. It's really not as bad as you think. As mentioned above, dealer support is subpar at the moment, so that may play into it a bit, too.
After this dealership experience, I feel like I'm ready to give Genesis a try since that's really the most glaring draw back.
Here's an update: The service manager called me with his tail between his legs, very apologetic and asked me to bring the car back again. I did, and of course I get the could not duplicate after a da. Actually first it was the call 7 minutes before they close, but we talked the next morning. I could hear the smugness in his voice as he very matter of factly said that if I can make it leak that I should bring it back for them to see where the water is getting in. I said oh, you mean exactly like I did two weeks ago when your tech was able to see the issue and had a proposed fix to try? We're going to pretend that didn't happen? Yes, that's exactly what they're doing and as far as he and Lexus are concerned there is no issue. Again it's a changing answer from them; last time it was yes obviously it did leak but it must have been too high of pressure or it is just the right angle so it's not warranty-able. Now we're back to can't duplicate so there is no issue. There is absolutely no logic here. This guy's just more interested in covering his butt after getting called out last time, probably thinking discrediting me by saying "can't duplicate" is the way to minimize my complaint.
With the warmer weather, and if my hypothesis on what's actually happening is correct, I suspect it won't leak until the temps dip again. I'll just have to keep an eye on it and and plot my next move. Can't wait to follow up with the salesman I work with that I won't be going with an LS after all when this car ages out. I am D.O.N.E. with spending money at this place

They may depreciate a little quicker, but selling price is lower for a better equipped vehicle.
