Hi All,

Lemme know what you all think. -RV https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...3bd821e4e7.jpg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...0106903a8a.jpg https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...70503f4dd8.jpg https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...2cc11f8c06.jpg https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...511d9295a8.jpg https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...8c2eb67648.jpg |
Looks good. I have grown accustomed to the standard grill, but must admit I still like the F-Sport grill better. This looks just like factory from the images you provided. Just out of curiosity, what did it cost in terms of time and $$? (excluding the rims)
Thanks for sharing! |

Thanks for sharing! As far as costs, you’ll need to purchased just the radiator grill assembly and the two black side garnish pieces. Price will depend on which dealership you go to since prices and discounts fluctuate. I live in SoCal so I purchased mine at the biggest dealership here, Longo Lexus. And I just paid for the parts to be shipped which is very inexpensive. Cost is below for just parts. I have also included part numbers. I paid $736.78 total before tax and shipping. (MSRP $1,005.81) 53101-06E70: MSRP $695.25- Grille assembly: paid $505.76 53106-06020: MSRP $197.42- Trim garnish bezel left: $145.99 53105-06020: MSRP $113.14- Trim garnish bezel right: paid $85.03 As for instructions, LEXUS/Toyota have a website where they provide actual step by step that the technicians at the dealerships use. Basically all I needed instructions on how to remove the number and to disassemble the actual bumper components. The website is paid membership but I only spend $20.00 for a two day subscription. I pretty much downloaded all the schematics and instructions for the ES350. From engine tear down to dash reassembly. The website is techinfo.toyota.com. It ok about 3hours to do myself. I recommend blue taping your fenders and headlights so u don’t scratch them up on accident. as for the Fsport rims, i purchased on eBay for $900 which you can easily find. And I purchased good tires, Michelin Pilot sport 4S which I know are overkill but I was able to get a deal for $800 for a set. All I did was had a tire shop swap the TPMS sensors and rebalance. Hope this helps! -RV 2019 Lexus ES350 with Fsport bumper conversion and 19” Fsport wheels on 235/40R19 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. |

I have no plans for the badges as I want people to recognize that it’s not actually factory FSPORT. The only things remaining on this project are installing the FSPORT gauge cluster, Rear spoiler and rear diffuser valance. I’ve driven the FSPORT ES350 and don’t feel much difference from the AVS dampers. It still feels quite “floaty”. |
Why not just buy the FSport🤔🤔

At the time, the best deal i could get for the Fsport was $47,000 out the door (MSRP $52,000). I got a really good deal for my base ES350 which is equipped pretty good out of the box. I paid $36,500 out the door. I just could not justify the $10,000 for the Fsport at the time.

Nicely done! I prefer the grill on the F-Sport as well, and wondered if this could be done.

Sleeper! ;-)

This swap on a hybrid would really confuse folks. Well done!

You know, some might see this changing of grilles as 'car culture appropriation". ;-)
