Is Your HUD Displaying at a Slant?
The HUD on my 2019 ES350 F-Sport displays at a slant. The left side of the display is tilted down at about a 5 degree angle. It's just not level with the horizon.
It's not a big deal, really. But I wonder if a Lexus tech could go under the dash and tweak the display so that it would display level.
Any thoughts?

Do a quick search for "HUD tilted". There are existing threads.

It can be adjusted in HUD settings. See page 79 of the owners manual.

Just tilt your head a little the other way

The HUD is slanted. Right side dips down to the right and left side dips down to the left. There is an adjustment for this but it does nothing. I just got used to it after 6 months now.

As you adjust the rotation of your Head Up Display, notice that you can align it to either the car or to the horizon as a reference. I was using the dash as a reference, but with my car, there isn't enough adjustment to make the display align properly. It still looked crooked. The horizon also works as a reference, but if I do that, the display looks even worse. I think this is because my brain (such as it is) naturally uses the line of the hood as a reference because it's closer. In the end, I decided it's an optical illusion and decided to go with the horizon. Like CJS57 did, I just got used to it.I simply don't notice it anymore.

Ah, it was more of an optical illusion. The HUD appears level against garage shelves in front of the car when parked. So my complaint about the slanting HUD display was in error.
