2019 ES residuals
Varies by region and trim.
ES F Sport tends to run a little higher. For 36 months, average tends to be about 54% for 12k miles and 52% for 15k.
For Luxury and other trims, seems to be running about 53% for 12k miles and 51% for 15k.

I believe it also depends on the time in the model year. I used to routinely get inflated residuals as high as 62% on three-year lease during the December deals but when I had to lease a 2018 in March the residual was 51% and they were offering $4,000 in "lease cash" to soften the blow. They were losing a few thousand dollars on every lease return at the that time and as the demand for sedans continues to decline residuals may get even lower. 62% deals were great - but probably gone forever..
