So if I am cruising along from about 25 to 35 mph and I then suddenly stab the gas pedal to about 5/8th's to 3/4 full throttle the engine instantly races up from say 2,000 rpm to say 4,000 rpm. Then about 1/4 second later the transmission downshifts to a lower gear. Since the engine is already racing ahead the downshift is somewhat hard. The 2019 F Sport I drove did the same thing. So did my 2010 ES 350. Just wondering if anyone else notices this? Eco mode reduces it and Sport mode increases it.
