They give me $6535 discount (include $500 rebate they never mentioned...) which bring the price to $47104.62 before TTL. The TTL is $3395.38, and the OTD price is $50500.

So 6535/53095 is about 12.3% off MSRP, I'm I correct?
Hi, new guy here...I’ve been looking in the DFW area for an F sport and no dealers are giving 15%...12% is the best I’ve been able to negotiate. if You’ve been able to do better, would you share dealer/salesman info with me? I’m ready to do a deal ASAP...thanks!

In DFW, Sewell and Park Place control the market...so, it's hard to get better deal compared of other parts of the country. Sewell I hear that is better with prices, however we have gotten 3 from Park Place, closer for service etc.

Yeah SEWELL is where I got the 12%...Park Place pricing was not even close. Pity because PP is about 5 minutes from home.

For reference, Edmunds shows a "Market Value" of about 5% off MSRP. I realize that Edmunds Market Value is some sort of average price paid, but 10% is a HUGE difference!
As I read this thread more carefully, the 15% to 16% discounts are all on 300h and F-Sports. The 350s look like they're getting something closer to 12% to 13% off. Am I reading this correctly? Are the 300h and F-Sports more heavily discounted than the regulars 350s at this point in time?

Probably just depends on supply and demand and dealer. The margin %s are likely no different.

I don't see any regular ES in this thread going for less than 12.6%. Am I missing one?

I initially received a 12% discount on $52,489 MSRP down to $46,190 on an F Sport. I was later told that there’s an additional $515 for tint/pinstripe and I can get paint protection film for $780. Are those usually factored in “after” a sales price has been agreed to?
Reduces my discount to just over 9%.

Discount % is based on MSRP. Then there is tax, title, license, and generally a doc fee (read dealer profit). Then the real fun begins when you make the trip to the finance office where you are pitched optional products such as paint and upholstery protection, ding wheel tire and/or windshield protection, prepaid maintenance, extended warranty, etc.

Just purchased a new 2019 ES 300h today, from Keven Yu @ Lexus of Manhattan. Great discount (almost 15% off MSRP), Kevin is a great guy to work with! If you are in NYC area, highly recommend to contact him.

The MY19s are now trending in 15-16% range with the customer cash. Now there is always outliers to this rule.

That seems true for 300h's and F-Sports, but I don't see any ES 350s (Base, L or UL) in this thread for less than 12% to 13% off.

Also, you typically need to employ competitive bidding tactics to get prices in this range . Most people pay more for their ESs because they don't have the motivation and/or skill to bargain down to these prices.

Wow! That's 26% off, by my calculation. How many miles did this car have on it? How do you explain the deep discount?
