Please let us know what you find out. I'm now getting the runaround from my dealership with the current answer being this is normal wind noise level for this car.

OK guys, here is the poop scoop. Was very pleased when I left Lexus this morning. The Regional Area Tech and the Lead Tech of Sterling McCall Lexus went on a test drive with me at 10:00 a.m. The noise was clearly there. He placed some tape over the left bottom corner of the window. We got on the freeway and no noise. They are now deciding the best fix - adding some more insulation around the window to fill the slight gap that exist. They still have the vehicle as of now. I am holding onto the loaner until the issue is completely resolved. I will also post a redacted copy of my service order and solution as soon as I get my vehicle back. Please print and take to your dealership. We did not pay 10's of thousands of dollars to drive around with wind noise. I personally believe that is a flaw, maybe not so much with design but the workmanship at the factory and not a thorough QC process.

Stay tuned.

I am a member of congress, i would like to see the non redacted version ..... sorry couldn't resist..
Good news ! i was just thinking of applying some tape to areas for diag , as i have a 500 mile trip this weekend. I'll start with that lower corner. its kind of what i was that air is getting between the door and the B pillar . there are a few spots where the door seals are a little suspect . additionally there are some significant air gaps that could def attribute. posted pics , everyone else see this on theirs ?

down near chrome trim , air gap.

additionaly these to gaskets , esp upper b pillar gasket is very flimsy

this upper portion esp. does not seal very tightly.

upper corner has air gap
Thank you so much for your effort !!

Guys,
I am sharing my service ticket with you.

Good luck!!! I am actually enjoying my vehicle without the noise. Of course, my original service writer treats me like I borrowed money from him. My philosophy is: Do your job? Have in interest in your customers and their concerns. Do not dismiss an issue like this. I've been in this world much too long to take crap and I know BS when I hear it. Now that we have that cleared up.

Happy Easter everyone!

Update: I was called by one of the Lexus Dealers I had look at this issue and they advised there is a bulletin out on this to replace the windows with Acoustic Glass and said they already ordered mine. I advised them of the service order done and posted on here with the felt and also that I wanted the passenger window done as well. He said he would get with the manager and call me back. Haven't heard further but there is a Bulletin from Lexus out on this issue.

Can you provide a number for the bulletin? Just talked to a service manager and he couldn't find anything regarding acoustic glass. Thanks.

Could you take a picture of what the fix looks like after or is it not visible?

FYI - You have a lot of personal info in that PDF. You may want to consider removing and editing it.

I hope the fix is holding up for you!

I checked the Lexus database for TSB's for 2019 ES 350 cars. There are two, one for seat memory and one for knee air bags. No mention of window noise, acoustic glass, or anything related to this issue. Maybe it's too soon and it hasn't been updated yet...
