Default Destination download?

Hi all. I am very interested in buying a new 2019 Lexus ES300h when it is available. My current car (2015 Hyundai Genesis) allows me to search for and download POI's to the car using the Genesis owner web page or iOS app. This is very handy for assembling a list of destinations prior to a road trip without having to be in the car to do it. When I began researching the Lexus, I thought the “e-destinations” web site would be the answer before I discovered that it had been discontinued. Then I thought the Enform App Suite with “Destination Search” and “Saved Destiantions” was the answer. Now I discover that the 2019 ES will use Enform App Suite 2 which does not seem to include “Destination Search” or “Saved Destinations”. It seems that one will have to be in the car to enter a destination into the nav system. Is my understanding correct or am I missing something? Thanks in advance. Reading this forum has been very educational.
