My ES 350 UL came with the Michelin Energy Savers. I immediately swapped them out for Vredestein Quatrac Pro (they weren't updated to "+" yet), and have been pleased with the results. Good in the wet and dry, decent in the snow, not silent but quieter than the CrossClimate 2's on my mate's Prius. Their rated treadlife is not impressive, but mine have been on for nearly 20k miles and look just fine. And last time I looked, they were by far the most affordable tire of this bunch.

I came to the same conclusion about the Turanza EL440’s on my 2024 ES350 UL. After a fair amount of research including input from folks on this forum, I decided on Michelin Primacy Tour A/S tires. Smooth, quiet and comfortable was my objective. I’m very pleased with the Michelins. One note to pass along from someone else on this forum, the Primacys that fit the ES350 come in two different load ratings - standard load (94) and XL (98) … be careful to get the OEM load rated replacement tires (standard load 94). The higher load rated tires will stiffen up the ride quality. Got mine at Costco. Excellent experience..

I don’t have it bookmaked, but someone actually put sounds measuring equipment in the car and found about a 2db noise reduction, in addition to the vibration reduction with and without the NR wheels.

I have not driven the same car with and without wheels personally.

I wanted to keep the ride as compliant as possible. XL has a stiffer sidewall than SL.

Yes generally, but not necessarilyalways true, it may result in a stiffer ride than a SL, but not always. The load rating alone does not tell the whole story for the 'ride'.
In the Tire Rack Test that I mentioned above, they used a 2025 Camry for the tests, which has a similar frame as the ES.
Read the description of the ride of each tire in the test, as well as the reviews of drivers that give the Vredestein's.great marks,

Generally is enough for me. Not looking to experiment with a thousand bucks on tires that may/ will likely ride harder and will wear faster.

I understand. Everybody has to make their own decision as it is a crap shoot. I just Bet about $50 Grand on another Lexus (Which I swore I'd never do back in 2007).

I'm experimenting either way, as I've never bought tires for this Car. But I have used Tire Rack Tests and Reviews for over 25 years and they have been pretty much right on the money for me.
I have come across reviews on their Site where a guy bought a 2024 Lexus ES350 and was not pleased at all with the Bridgestone Turanzo EL440 that came with my car. (Which is exactly my situation.) He complained about the road noise among other things.
He elected to get the Vredestein Quatrac Pro+ , and remarked how smooth and quiet they were. But there were also plenty of reviews of ES300, 350 of years past that gave the Vredestein's glowing reviews of smooth riding and quiet tires.

I had a set of 4 Vredestein Quatrac Pro+ installed today and they were everything that I hoped they'd be and more! My 2025 ES350 UL was like a different car. Much smoother ride, less noise. Even at 30 Mph it was noticeable. It was like the car was much heavier and was more insulated from the road. At 70 MPH they were even more quiet and smooth than I had anticipated. I highly recommend them.

Don't forget to get your post-purchase credit there: https://www.vredesteinoffers.com/
I got $100 in about 3 weeks. I got a physical plastic debit card, so it might be faster with a pure electronic one.

Thanks for this, but apparently my date of purchase is not eligible for anything.

It may have been for May only.
But I don't think you are loosing anything then: usually they increase the price when there is an offer and lower it without an offer.
