How about unlocking? For security reasons my wife has the car set to only unlock the driver's door when it is unlocked. Sometimes we want to unlock all the doors though. I have found that if you unlock the car using the door handle on any door except the driver's door it will unlock all the doors.

I once locked my wife in the car.
Forgot I have the motion sensors in the car.
As soon as I walked away from the car for about 30 foot, I can hear my alarm going off LOL.
Quickly went back and unlocked the car so the alarm and the wife can be quiet haha.
Left the key with her. You can disable the motion sensors by hitting the "wifi" looking button but meh..

Locking by touching any outside door handle with a fob present outside the car will lock all doors,
set the alarm, fold the mirrors (if equipped and enabled) and notify the Lexus App that it is locked.
Locking by pressing the fob lock button does all that also.

Pressing the inside door lock button will just lock the doors (including the still open door) but not
set the alarm, fold the mirrors or notify the App. Not notifying the App is important if you want to
Remote Start the car from the App when you return. If the App thinks the car is unlocked, it will not
RS the car. When you attempt to redundantly Lock the car from the App you will get the error message
that the car is already Locked!?
