Default Rear bumper cover install or removal instructions

Managed to hit something on the passenger side that pulled the plastic bumper out a bit and disconnected it from the wheel well liner. Minor damage that I can probably fix myself but not sure how all these parts are supposed to connect. Looked at the other side for clues but also seeing several empty holes that maybe should have fasteners installed. Also even the undamaged drivers side has a surprising amount of looseness when you pull on it at the very bottom just behind the tire.

Can anyone point me to a good video or assembly instructions that show what parts are involved and how they go together?

Assuming your profile is correct on the ES 350 information, if you look at the linked pages from the Lexus ES (XZ10) Service Manual's Rear Bumper (for Dual Type) index page (i.e., Components, Removal, Disassembly, Reassembly, and Installation) you'll find the procedures that you're looking for along with illustrations showing the locations of clips, retainers, screws, etc.

That's the best resource I've seen so far, thanks for the link. BTW is it recommended to download and use the app they offer?

What app is being offered and by whom?

I can't recall ever seeing on that web site's linked pages (i.e., lexguide.net's Lexus ES (XZ10) Service Manual web pages) any offering of an app for downloading. However, when visiting that web site I'm generally using a web browser that blocks a lot of garbage as well as using non-Windows and non-Android operating systems which tends to reduce (but never completely eliminates) offerings of things one should always avoid unless one really, really, really knows what's being offered.

I can't think of any legitimate reason of seeing an app download being offered at that web site so the only recommendation is DO NOT under any circumstances download any apps you see offered when visiting that web site.
