Do you see the dynamic reverse lines when reversing?

I think this is what's happening -

Basically, the backup camera has lost its initialization and needs to be re-initialized.

One other possible solution before attempting the full on Service Mode method perfectly
performed in post #9 is to simply run start the car and put it in Reverse. Turn the steering
wheel from Lock to Lock a couple of times, pausing at each extreme for a second.

For future reference, mcomer's suggested solution is found in the LEXUS 20XX ES300H, ES350 NAVIGATION AND MULTIMEDIA OWNER'S MANUAL (on page 196 of the 2021 pdf version [page number varies by model year]) in the "7-1. Lexus parking assist monitor" sub-chapter in the "If you notice any symptoms" section.

Confusingly, the same exclamation point in diamond symptom is also found in the the " 7-2. Panoramic view monitor" sub-chapter with the same "Likely cause"listed but the only solution listed there is "Have the vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer."
