To be more accurate as many, including myself, have found it can be a bit tricky to use. It's actually:

Press and release the LOCK button twice within two seconds on the key fob of your ES350.

Then press and hold the LOCK button for three seconds on the key fob.
The turn signal lights flash multiple times and the engine starts.
Once started remotely, the engine will run for 10 minutes and then shut down automatically.

You can also stop the engine prior to the 10 minutes by hitting the unlock button on the key fob.

 

I just found this. I learned something new or at least new-ish. I was aware that the key fob remote start would function if the Remote service expired after the initial 1-3 year trial but I didn't know that it was indeed part of the enform subscription just separate of the mobile app subscription.

 

Wow literally have never seen that documentation from Lexus.
