I have a 2020 ES with navigation in Canada with active Enform subscription. I noticed that when i use the Lexus voice commands it never uses the enform (cloud) for better results. When it uses the cloud the spinning circle in place of the microphone sign should have a cloud sign.

Does anyone in Canada know if they can get the enform assisted voice commands to work?

I'm not sure if it's an issue with my car or another Lexus Canada deletion of options and features in Canada.
