Default 2019 ESh vibrating issue

I have a 2019 ESh that vibrates at highway speeds of over 65 mph. I noticed this a few days after I bought it in February of 2019. The vibration is mostly felt through the steering wheel and also felt through the floor around the gas pedal. I previously had a 2013 ESh that drove incredibly smooth for up to 220,000 miles. I have had it back to the dealer shortly after buying it to have the tires balanced the first time, then the second time 2 new tires were put on the car. Neither got rid of the vibration. Lexus and the dealer say the vibration is a normal characteristic of the model and there is nothing further they will do. I just had it in again for service and asked them to test drive it again for the vibration as it seems to be getting worse - but it isn't a surprise that neither the service tech or service manager thought there was anything abnormal about the way it drives. Has any else experienced a similar issue? I highway commute 60 miles each way every day, so going from the way my previous ESh drove to this one is a huge difference. Also, on top of that the rotors warped at 15,000 miles and had to have them shaved down, and now at 30,000 miles they warped again and had to have them replaced. The dealer would not cover any of the cost of the replacement as rotors are not covered under warranty. My previous ESh never had any rotor issues.

I think that this problem you’re experiencing is not normal and you may want to get an opinion from a different dealership.

First, I would ask them to let you drive a new ESh on the lot to see if they all do it, as they claim.

Second, I find the rotor issue a bit shocking. Those tend to see little use on a Hybrid and the original ones should last for years.

Something doesn’t seem right.

JDR76 is correct, ask to drive another, I'm reasonable assured that it will not be shaking at speed.
Who did the last tire rotation? The 5K and 10K were complimentary if done at the dealer but the
15K and on are owner paid. Warped rotors on such a young car was likely caused by over tightening
or improperly (not using the "Star" pattern") tightening the lug nuts. Might you have gone to a private shop?
If so return and speak to management on the cause and effect.

You should not have to replace brake pads much less a rotor pass until 160k on a hybrid

First, get an alignment, if the Toe is out it can cause vibrations. Also i recommend getting a force balance on tires. If you are feeling vibration when not applying brakes, it is not the rotors or related to brakes.

If this vibration is caused by the wheel imbalance, the vibration should get worse as speed goes up. If this vibration is caused by alignment, you should feel the car is pulled to one side when you drive. Can you try different dealer to look at your car?

I had the same issue with mine when I first got the car and they replaced three tires and force balance
