like an dummy I changed my battery today myself and a few cuts and blood on my hands and went straight to the inspection and I fail ..
Guess everything was reset it
(so after that I was reading why that happened and why I fail which I felt like an idiot)
also not driving for a while which lead to a dead battery with 7k on the cluster after. 4 years of ownership)
still under warranty but I think spending that money for the BS I gonna deal with at the dealership is priceless 4 year warranty AGM battery
this is not the Mercedes Benz I own which I can deal with the wait cause the prices for these things is ridiculous omg
so I have 10 days to get it done and what should I do to pass . The shop told me drive it 35 miles city and highway..
So should I keep driving this car daily for 8 days and return to the shop.
cause he told me that he would scan it next time before I do the inspection to see if the computer was ready..!
many thanks A few months before .

To keep settings should have supplied 12v to system B4 battery RR. I have done it by taking 12v from my other car using jumper cables properly attached to the needed car 12v system. There are other ways that are available.
Because all the monitors have been reset. The car has to be driven multiple times to get the monitors back.
Oh I see, a similar thing happened to me for a hybrid battery status check at Toyota.
They couldn't do the diagnostic since I had changed the 12V battery just before.
I had no idea this would happen since I was picturing a test like hybrid assistant that doesn't rely on saved data.
