Recently had my alignment done at a Pep Boys near me that I’ve been going to for years. Car is a 2021 ES350 F-Sport and got brand new tires on all four ends, along with a balance and alignment but noticed that the rear camber is in the red. Doesn’t seem normal, considering the left side is in the yellow meaning that it’s fine. Is this most likely a concern to get the suspension checked or maybe not too big of a deal?
It is a big deal. They can change the toe/camber for the rear tires also but I don’t think they touched it. Maybe the bolt for adjustment is stuck (rust) but they should cut it and replace it.
On my 2021 ES350 (22,500 miles no accidents) recent alignment in Dec 2024 using the latest Hi tech Hunter machine and verified by the Lexus dealer only Toe is adjustable in the front and the rear. My rear camber was at the large negative range but in spec and do have noticeable rear tire inner tread wear and rear toe in spec.
The front Camber is fixed as well as the rear camber with OEM parts. Note that the OEM rear camber spec is fairly generous range at negative at -0.4 to -1.9 degrees. With rear camber not adjustable IMO believe the spec is wide to account for parts tolerance and manufacturing tolerances for the multi link rear suspension. They should have made the rear upper control arm adjustable to account for this and stop excessive rear inner tire tread wear reported by many.
"N" how many miles on your car when the alignment was done?
The rear camber is quite high negative on the passenger side and out of spec compared to the driver side.
Any accidents to your car that could be a part of the rear camber difference?
What was the condition of the rear tires inside tread with that much negative camber especially the passenger side?

Reason: add info
It's not so much the camber, but more so the camber matching side to side (within reason) using the above #s as example. of course you want the #s within spec, as much as possible, particularly on this type of car.
if it's off by that much on one side, you probably hit something and bent it slightly. usually rear right wheel is subject to curb strikes while parking or entering driveways. all it takes is a good tap.
have a mechanic look for bends
on all my cars, i generally have a custom alignment in mind. i know exactly how i want each wheel to be adjusted, if such adjustments are available. i really dont care too much about specs.

I agree he probably hit something on the right rear wheel to be that camber very different from the left rear camber
On your Lexus which model and year? if like on my '21 ES350 the only suspension adjustment is front and rear Toe verified by Lexus alignment Tech. So what do you have done besides toe for a custom alignment?
As for toe the info I received from the Hunter machine report for my ES350 has a rather large range for non adjustable negative rear camber at -0.4 to -1.9 degrees and if at the larger negative value that will cause inner tire tread wear with shortened tire life, and this type wear has been reported, also noted to me by the Lexus Tech.
Adjustable upper rear camber arms are available to fix the camber issue if needing to go that route
