They installed the parts as required on the TSB, however the whistle like squeak persists. Not sure if I have to learn to live with the squeak or if it can be eliminated. The sound can only be heard when I backup. I have even considered taking my car to a brake shop however I do not want to risk them doing something wrong.

I was provided a 2023 ES350 a as loaner (multiple mechanics on vacation repair may take a few days). Dropped car off Friday was ready Tuesday. When I arrived my bill was $0.00, yes zero dollars, he said Lexus even covered the cost of the lost privacy screen clip/installation (I ordered 3 weeks prior $74.20). My vehicle is covered by Lexus CPO warranty (I was given 3 years instead of the usual 2 since the selling dealer was late sending in my paperwork to Lexus) I was EXTREMELY happy and surprised. Was considering going back to an MB E350, this is giving me pause as only coffee/soda/water/pastries are free at my MB dealer LOL. My Lexus service writer has been AMAZING, the sales portion of the dealership subpar, IMO adding non-negotiable $5,000 - $10,000 market adjustment to M.S.R.P. of new vehicles ($20,000 to the RZ 450e, the only SUV I would buy) however the service department is amazing.

So they haven't fixed the issue yet, still hear squeaking sound when backing up?
Should be no sound when you put ES in to R...

I agree with this advice.
Squeaking noise 99% is from metal hitting/grinding on metal from those brake parts/hardware, should not be that hard to figure out and fix. You should bring it back to the Lexus dealer or find another Lexus dealer for them to fix under warranty ...

The squeaking break issue has not been resolved, when I backup I continue to hear a whistle-like squeaking sound, the challenges is the sound occurs intermittently.

There’s a possibility that you have a rock between the disk and the shield.

Unfortunately there is only one Lexus dealer in the Hampton Roads area, the next nearest dealer is 100+ miles away in Richmond, VA. I guess it becomes a trial and error type repair, since brakes are considered a wear item the cost of "Let's try this and see if it works" becomes my expense. I'm considering taking it to "Japanese Auto Masters" a local independent service company for a diagnostic if Lexus can not find the problem.

OK. I suggest you get your wife or a friend to stand close to each wheel (and possibly recording a video as well) while you slowly backing up, to see where is the noise come from, is it from 1 wheel or more and so on, try to isolate the issue and talk to Lexus again, before taking to the local Japanese car specialist.
