Was considering going back to an MB E350, this is giving me pause as only coffee/soda/water/pastries are free at my MB dealer LOL. My Lexus service writer has been AMAZING, the sales portion of the dealership subpar, IMO adding non-negotiable $5,000 - $10,000 market adjustment to M.S.R.P. of new vehicles ($20,000 to the RZ 450e, the only SUV I would buy) however the service department is amazing.

They installed the parts as required on the TSB, however the whistle like squeak persists.Not sure if I have to learn to live with the squeak or if it can be eliminated. The sound can only be heard when I backup. I have even considered taking my car to a brake shop however I do not want to risk them doing something wrong.

my advice would be to pull the pads and inspect, clean, reinstall, and lube the pad brackets/ears/channels and contact points between the piston and shim plates. make sure the pads and rotors are stock.

I agree with this advice.
Squeaking noise 99% is from metal hitting/grinding on metal from those brake parts/hardware, should not be that hard to figure out and fix. You should bring it back to the Lexus dealer or find another Lexus dealer for them to fix under warranty ...

Unfortunately there is only one Lexus dealer in the Hampton Roads area, the next nearest dealer is 100+ miles away in Richmond, VA. I guess it becomes a trial and error type repair, since brakes are considered a wear item the cost of "Let's try this and see if it works" becomes my expense.
