I recently purchased a 2021 ES350 and want to know if there are good looking armrest covers for this car.
I use the armrest constantly and I’m looking for protection from coffee spills as well.
Nothing will look good, imo. My personal preference, gyeon leather shield and consistent cleaning.
I do a wipe down of the interior of my car each week.
Skip the cover idea. Cheapens the interior of a beautiful car. Just try to avoid abusing and damaging the armrest and it should last a long time and look fine. I wouldn’t “crap up” my lovely Lexus interior with stuff like that.

I’ve been reading these threads and it seems the Lexus interior is prone to scratches and staining. There is already a very light, water like stain on the armrest from the previous owner and I want to avoid more. I don’t baby my cars and I usually have water or coffee during my driving.
The issue with the ES 350 armrest cover is that it opens left to right not front to back like 99% of cars. I have yet to see any aftermarket cover that can be installed in this car.
The layout of the ES350 center console is the biggest negative compared to my previous Infiniti M35.
My rule is no food or drink inside the car... Then no worries... And the console cover isn't leather anyway so no leather conditioner
I used to be this way but now I’m older I prefer to just enjoy my things and not stress over potential damage. I don’t want to end up like a grandma who has plastic covers on the furniture and lampshades in the “nice” room.

At the wizened age of 75, I quite agree with what you say. Enjoy your things—-care for them, don’t abuse them, but enjoy them.
Seeing that the operation of the center console is the only negative in a complex $50,000 decision, I say that speaks for itself. The 350 ES is a superior, luxury car made to last a long time and provide years of trouble free service.

I just don't enjoy getting into a car and looking at coffee rings and ketchup on the top of the console... OTOH, looks like we're all stuck with the scuffs and dings on the dash thanks to Lexus...
But that's in another thread...

May I respectfully suggest that you ban eating and drinking in the car as I have. Among other things, it’s a lot safer when driving and saves you the cleaning up. Enjoy the coffee at your destination—after you’ve safely arrived.
