Odd misfire feeling cold starts on ES300H

Has anyone felt misfire type feeling at cold starts on 300H?

Check Engine Light coming on? If there is no CEL then it is probably not a ignition misfire.
The Hybrid's transverse 4 cyl does rock a little when starting and you may be feeling that.
