Curious, did you get it from a dealer?
Did they update the software before you bought it?

Yes, bought it from a Lexus dealer as it is a CPO. Are you referring to the navigation map? If so, no; they are not up to date.

Yes - both the navigation map; and the software that controls the radio/address book/contacts/bluetooth

Reading more here, looks like that software has never been updated. Seems surprising.
