I have been unable to see a clear answer on this searching other threads on the topic. i have a 2014 es 300h and have seen the OEM part number of PT413-33131 which i see varying information on. lexuspartsnow says its not compatible with my car but i see a number of other sites and eBay listings for it saying that it is compatible. So my question is has anyone had them installed on the same model that i have and if thats the correct part number i need if so.

Just going by the p/n you shared, I would say it fits. Even Lexuspartsnow shows installation instructions for it.

For your information, the illuminated door sills, up to 2012 were plug and play. Remove the existing sills and plug in the illuminated ones. There was a video showing it completed in less than 10 minutes. Starting in 2013 the installation is much more complicated including removal of parts of the dash, kick panels, etc. There was a thread started a few years ago when the 2013's came out and members wanted to install the sills. The installation PDF is 16 pages long. Here's a link:

Part#33130 is for the ES 350 and 33131 is for the ES 300h
