when google announced they would have a standalone app for android auto i was thrilled...

well, until i realized there's no way (that i know of) to invoke it hands-free... furthermore, i can't hear the voice directions unless i'm on a call at the same time... frustrating...

any suggestions? i may just have to unpair permanently from the car and use a bluetooth headset exclusively...
