What all is involved with a 100,000 mile dealer service in the Orlando area? Do I have other options that are less costly??

The 100k mile service is fairly basic (see below) with a coolant change being the only extra step. If other scheduled maintenance has not been done prior to the 100k, the dealer will also want to do those items too.
A Toyota dealer or independent shop will be less costly than a Lexus dealer. The least costly option is DIY if you or a friend are so inclined.

120 Months or 100,000 Miles
❑ Replace engine oil with 0W-20 oil;
replace oil filter
❑ Reset maintenance reminder light
❑ Rotate tires
❑ Replace engine coolant
❑ Visually inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors
❑ Inspect wiper blades
❑ Check installation of driver’s floor mat
❑ Road-test vehicle
If you drive primarily under this
special operating condition, perform
these additional items:
Driving on dirt roads or on dusty roads:
❑ Inspect axle shaft boots
❑ Inspect ball joints and dust covers
❑ Inspect engine air filter
❑ Inspect steering linkage and boots
❑ Tighten nuts and bolts on chassis

Consider two other options
1- take it to a Toyota dealer. Can do the service for less, and will still update in the computer you had it done, and use genuine parts.

2- Orlando Lexus over-charges, in purchase and maintenance. Dunno why. Tampa and especially dealers south of central FL are much more competitive and customer oriented.
