2015 ES300h price NOW

I've seen quite a bit 2015 ES300h still left, I suspect the dealerships wanted to get rid of it now that 2016 models are fully available.

How much should I offer for a $41K MSRP 2015 300h, no NAV. This dealership has about 4 of them similar to each other.

Anyone has good deals recently on 2015 ES300h?
