Does the ES350 2015 or the 2016 have a valet key? Thank you

Yes, it is part of the fob and releases with a button.

Remove the actual key from the smart fob. You then open the glove box, press the button on the left that disables trunk access, lock the glove box with the key and take it with you. When you use the valet, hand the driver the smart fob to start and drive the car. You can also lock the rear seat pass thru with the key. Hope this helps you out.
