my es350 with 4000 miles makes slight hissing noise only in Reverse (without moving the car), the sound comes from under hood, and more like air leaking noise (AC off), not loud, I can only hear it when in my garage with radio off.

anybody has this issue or it is totally normal ?

Never heard of that. How do you know the noise is coming from under the hood? Do you have it opened while someone else puts your car in reverse?

Any updates on your other two issues?
-Backup camera off center
-Infotainment system freezing

I can hear it from inside the car with drive side window open and radio off in my garage, not that loud. more likes air leaking from a small hole.

- I will get Backup camera checked at dealer when 5000 miles maintenance. Not too worry about it as long as it works.

- the infotainment system has capability issues with samsung galaxy S4 (maybe the android system) , after I switch to the iphone 6, no problems so far.

Don't have that sound on the 300h. Have it checked out with your dealer at the 5k check. Be sure to stay with the service advisor and have him listen for the sound with you there. I suspect they're going to tell you that it's normal.
