WOW - I never even checked. I assumed it would have one of those. I"ll miss that too if I get the 300H.

I would really prefer to have the option (easily available option) of getting an all leather steering wheel.

All the critics kept pressuring Lexus to change the digital clock because it was "so 1980's". Aren't we in the digital world today? I get that the analog looks fancier. Just give us a digital one somewhere. Maybe in the center console or nav screen with the option of hiding for those people that think it's too "1980's". Enough rant on that.....

I'd like for the stereo control button for going to the next channel preset to go from preset 6 back to preset 1 instead of going to the next group of channels.

Voice recognition needs a lot of improvement too.
That is a fantastic idea! I don't like the analog clock so an option for a digital on would be great - keeps everyone happy or a choice when you purchase.

I don't think I saw a suggestion for improvement I didn't agree with and these are all within reason. Hopefully Lexus has considered these as well.

Sunglasses holder, an improved radio setup where one doesn't have to take their eyes off driving to change the station, mechanics without sharp objects in their back pocket. I took my car in for the FIRST checkup - 5K - the car came back with ripped leather on the drivers' seat. Ughhh.

Sorry to hear. Hopefully they repaired that promptly.
I ask that Lux level have at least all options in Avalon hybrid limited( I.e, heated and cooled back seats, 11 speakers) and power folding rear view mirrors as overseas.

By far, an improved voice control. I sat in a 2013 ES at the dealer last month and the voice control was no better than my 07ES. It was a novelty back then, but come on 6 years later it's still not usable.

A better Nav/voice control and sunglass holder is all I'd like to see.

a really big wish would be to have adjustable dampers/shocks that stiffened up the suspension when in sport mode.

I know this is a little thing but the first time I saw one, I wanted one - a cooled cup holder. It would be great for my day to day water but fantastic for my long drives to Vegas.
