The light it puts out looks awesome at night and much better accents the "high end" look of our cars as compared to the OEM fog lights. A nice upgrade to an already awesome ride!
thanks to KennyLexus and Lexos350. Did you take any pics? My project still has some time...

Kenny,
thanks for the informative detail on the fog install with the results looking kool.
What also looks good is the Lexus grill insignia which appears to be
lighted. Is your grill insignia lighted or is it just some reflection from
your camera flash??
thanks man!

Funny you should ask. A friend of mine asked me the same question. The answer is "No" but it wouldn't be a bad mod if done tastefully.

Finally got mine installed tonight (after being sent the wrong type bulbs twice). Quick install, about 45 minutes.

What brightness did you order. Should be 5000k for it to match the headlights. kenny and lexos pics shows a lot whiter compared to your blue-ish color. If i am not wrong then this is more like 6k-8k brightness. we ordered from orangemika on ebay.

Mines don't exactly match either but they're close. I'll have to do some research and see what's the best match then change them out later.

On a side note, the HID headlights on my '11 seems to have been brighter than on the '13. The reason I say this is because the HID headlights on my wife's SUV and my '11 had about the same brightness with the '11 being a little bit brighter.

Also, when I traveled the highway at night in my '11, I used to get flashed a lot by drivers because the HIDs were so bright. I haven't been flashed once since driving the '13.

I ordered from orangemika as well. As stated previously, I was sent 9006 bulbs twice. So while I ordered 5000k, it wouldn't surprise me if I got something else. There's no way to tell the color from the bulb itself.

My passenger side fog light is out. It's been less than a month since I did this mod. Has anyone else HID fog lights gone out?

Kenny- That's a shame. Your install and pics looked good, and I was trying to decide whether to get the HIDs or the LEDs, but they're twice the price. It should last much longer. It seemed the eBay guy was responsive to another poster on an error in bulbs so perhaps they'll help you out and replace the bulb?

Kenny,

You might want to check the wiring harness between the HID bulb and extender. I noticed on mine that depending on which way you insert the connector it can either lock in place or have some freedom to move around. I used a cable tie to secure the connectors together.

Good luck
