Well Lexus has indicated to the lemon Law office that they do not agree with the engineers report, the Lemon Law office does agree with the report. The Lemon law office has indicated to Lexus they are going to provide 3 shops to take my Vehicle and this will be a third party to check the audio system. Lexus and I have to agree with the shop, I indicated to the lemon law office any of the three shops are okay for me. So the lemon law office is going to provide the name of 3 shops to Lexus on Monday and Lexus has 30 days to choose one. If they do not choose one in 30 days. Lexus will have to rein burst me for the full amount I paid for the vehicle and take the vehicle back. Lexus will have to do all the paper for me to get the taxes back that I paid. Lexus asked that the miles on the vehicle be deducted if the vehicle is bought back, lemon law office said no as the vehicle had 73 miles when the first complaint went in.

I'm curious as to who, exactly, is "the lemon law office"? Attorneys? Arbitrators? Are they connected to Toyota?

Music4ever, what are you going to replace your car with should Lexus have to take it back (and it sounds like they are going to have to)?
It is a shame they don't just fix the problem and avoid all this bad publicity and keep their customers happy. I would have to assume that someone there is reading this and other forms as well as the many negative reviews about the audio system.

I am at the Arbitrator stage now, and have been very fortunate to have the guidance of a company lawyer.

Well I hope that you get everything that you want and are entitled to receive. I must admit that I'm quite surprised that Lexus would take your vehicle back under the lemon law. In Pennsylvania the reason must be safety related, unfixable, and in for repairs 3 times without resolution. I also don't understand why Lexus just won't repair, replace, or reengineer the system. Seems to me that for all of you out there with this same complaint, if your suit is successful, Lexus is in for some real headaches...

The only draw back not a hybrid, not as good as the 300h on fuel economy ....LOL or should I say not good on fuel at all....

I visited my local Lexus dealer, JM Lexus today concerning another matter and inquired about the installation of an additional sub. Their Custom audio department assured me it can be done and does not void any of the Lexus warranty on the vehicle. I should have a quote within a couple of days.
