Default Need help deciding between 2 lexus - 2013 ES 350

I've been looking at two 2013 ES 350, one with 81k miles and the other with 42k miles. Test drove one today (the one with 42k miles). Seems good, but I'm not a mechanic. However if I select one I will put it trough a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection).

Can someone take a glance at both service history reports and let me know which one would be your pick and why? See the PDF files in the link below.

I appreciate if someone could help me out with some criteria or explanation regarding this since I don't want to base my decision on mileage only.

EDIT: both are priced around 23k. that would be for me around ~25k out of the door.

Regards
OLMK

I'd go with the one with the lower mileage. I dont know what the problem was with the seat. Perhaps the driver was 'big'? I'd get it checked throughly though. They should also do a compression test.

@zes thank you . What do you think of the part (in the one with 42k miles) that mentioned driveability concern where they mentioned steering wheel shakes. Is that something critical?

Get it checked throughly by a qualified dealer. A shaking steering wheel could be a problem with the tires or a bent rim. Those are problems that can be easily fixed. 42K miles is too low for the suspension to have problems. I would be concerned with higher mileage cars. 42K for an ES should be nothing. If it checks out professionally you should get years of trouble free service.
