I just got my CPO 2017 es 350 2 weeks ago, and I'm looking to add a rear spoiler, but the dealership said it would be $850 to purchase the spoiler, have them paint it, and install it for me. I am looking to buy it elsewhere and install it myself. Any recommendations?

I would find another Dealership, way overcharging you.. Lexus sells them already painted to match. I paid about $175 at my dealership for the factory spoiler painted in Nightfall Mica. While I installed it myself, my dealership said they would charge about 2 hours labor for installation. Here's a thread on spoilers. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es-...er-please.html
Here's a link to Lexus Accessories. MSRP is 245, but many dealerships sell for about $180.
See if you can find one from Ebay already paint white. Would be 50~200$? And if you get Black or Gloss black it's only 50$. And then just tape it with 3M tape yourself. There you go lol
That's what I did with mine. Looks good and won't fall.
Just make sure you wipe it clean with alcolhol before you tape it
When you are done installing the spoiler carefully pull down the trunk side walls
to find the ends of the torsion bars. Reposition one notch at a time to adjust the
counterweight force. Latch and unlatch the trunk a couple times until you are happy
with how fast and far the lid opens when triggered. If you have the power opener
you are just watching that it opens and closes without stalling or straining. Without
the power actuator you can chose between opening just ajar or springing more fully
open. Over do both sides and it can fling upward all the way a bit violently.
