HI does anyone here with there 6th Gen ES use the carista obd for changing settings is it worth it for the 6th gen to even go ahead and buy one and pay for the subscription? I'm asking people here what settings has been working on that for them on there 6th gen. yes I know that you can see features on there website by entering your car info but the reason I'm not doing that is because when I had my 07 the settings that I bought it for and then ended up returning it because it didn't even do the main setting I wanted which it said it would it said it would allow me to role up windows with keyfob setting and a few others in my 07 and it never worked for a few things
so I don't want to trust looking through the settings it says on its website is good for the 6th gen until I find out what settings people have used it for that it works for

And if you are looking to rollup your windows from the fob - forget about it (at least in the US).

 

oh I know someone with a fifth generation And they were successfully able to program in their car for the windows to roll up with the key fob so I was asking to see if anyone’s actually used it with their sixth generation

 

Impossible in the 6th gen. You can use your key to roll them up, if that's important. You'll still need to turn on the fob feature, though.

 

I remember getting an update in 2015 that allowed the windows to roll up and down and the sunroof to open/close using the key fob. Non-US car though.
