Default Stuck MENU button

2014 UL here.
This morning, out of nowhere, my MENU button was stuck on the down position (like it was pressed and wouldn’t pop back up). Now, the UP/DOWN toggle and MAP button won’t function either. Any ideas?
FYI the “mouse” works fine.

I just bought my ES, and my map button did the same thing. You have to remove that whole switch assembly from the center console, then you can separate that cover with the buttons from the switch. I found a dark liquid sticking mine up, so I cleaned it and put it back together and it was good to go.

I had the same thing when I purchased my CPO vehicle. The dealer charged me $250 to clean it. 1st cleaning didn't work so I came back the week after and it's fixed with another service advisor w/o additional charge.

The 1st service advisor indicated, I know the 1st owner to spill coffee on it on my paperwork. What a joke, so I gave him a bad review.

$250.00!!! ... Did he have a gun and a mask on?? And this was a CPO vehicle? I'd find another dealer very quickly...
