I have a 2016 Lexus ES 350 and cannot get IHeart to play using the Lexus Inform App. When I select the album I want to play I get the on-screen notification "Preparing" on the screen but it never starts playing. It just sits there "Preparing." I do not have this problem playing Slacker using the Lexus Inform App. I select the Slacker album I want to play and the music starts playing almost immediately.
