I’m looking for wheel touch up paint for the hybrid wheels due to some curb rash from the previous owner. I was able to find a color match for my 09 wheels at autozone a few years ago that blended well with one of their Toyota colors. The current wheels are actually a pretty bright silver. Thanks!
I'd suggest going to a place that sells automotive paint supplies to body shops in your area. They should be able to custom blend the paint for you. You will probably have to buy at least a quart of the paint, but you will have an exact match.
A Google search might lead you to such a business that sells automotive paint supplies in your area. If not, check with a manager of a body shop in your area, and he/she should be able to point you in the right direction. Another possible source would be one of the people who does mobile wheel repairs for the dealers in your area.
My spouse dinged one of our wheels and we contacted the dealer. They had the number for one of the mobile wheel repair folks. Their price was just a set price - I want to say it was $70 USD, but I may be mistaken on that price (my wife took it in). Anyway, it was about $20 more if they came out to our house to do the repair, so she just took it down to the dealer. It looked perfect once they were done. I am very doubtful I could have achieved such a clean repair with touch-up paint. The repair held up well over the next 18 months before we traded it in. I would check with them before you buy touch-up paint. You might be surprised as to how affordable they are.
I also scraped a wheel on my 2013. I asked the dealer for a name and number of a repair service and they refused to give it to me. Said I would have to bring the car in and leave it for repair. I secretly asked my salesman to find it for me and he helped me out. So I called the guy who lived relatively close to my home. He met me in the driveway, sanded, primed, painted the color, and clear coated the damaged wheel. Cannot tell where the damage was... $40.00... I gave him a cold beer afterwards... I don't know how you would repair the polished wheels on the 2019 UL... So look around Jimmy and you might get lucky. GOOD LUCK!

I'll touch up small spots on my wheels but a couple of years in as the scuffs get bigger I'll do the repaint also. The price seems to vary depending on the work.
Cheapest is on the car. If removed and taken to the shop they'll also check for "true" and correct as needed.
Worst case was my IS-F wheel damaged by road debris, $150, beaded, trued, painted.
BTW, usually smart to do both wheels on a side for color match
