Here is link for invertor coolant replacement on hybrid es 300h.
Looks like procedure is the same for most hybrids gs450h,rx450 h and Toyota Camry hybrid 2010,Prius too.

Anyway I am glad to help here as much as I can.

Cheers.

Still I would like to see the directions for fixing techstream. I got the same error activating the pump as you originally.

Default es 300 coolant replacement one more thing to remember...

hi there,
I was doing today routine service on both lexuses GS450h and ES 300h.
Regarding engine coolant replacement make sure before you start bleeding air from system add some coolant to overflow bin.Last time I didnt and air was cooming in under spill free fanel.

now when we got coolant in the fanel and in the overflow pan there is no air to enter system and that is good.
I atempted to use tech stream again to energize water pum and it waS great.Cable with new firmware I have ordered from ebay was working fine.version was 2.0.4.
only one thing intersteting at this time after puting car in maintance mode engine was running fine no bubbles coming out which means no air pockets left ,but fan didnt go on to open thermostat for long time for about 30 min.
finally fan turned on for short time and that was it no air left.

one more successful job

The one small difference I do when purging air from system is to set to upper vent with heat on high, but fan on low. Setting the fan on high will draw more heat from system, slowing the goal of getting coolant hot enough to open the thermostat and kicking in the fan. Make sure A/C is off as this causes fan to run when compressor kicks in, not when thermostat opens.
