2016 Lexus ES 350 first time oil change. What is the oil capacity? I have the cartridge filter and 5quarts of 0w-20 will that be enough?, I tried google and I saw how to videos but no mention of how many quarts I need. I don't have the owners manual.....

 

The owner's manual is your friend.

From page 518 of the 2017 ES manual--oil capacity--6.4 quarts. I'm sure that it is in a similar location for your 2016 ES.

These things take quite a bit of oil. The 3.5L in my ES350 takes more oil than the 6.3L in my RX-7.

 

I agree. Toyota 2uzfe v8 takes 6.5quarts and its a 4.7liter. My other 3uzfe v8 takes 5.5 quarts and it's a 4.3liter.. Maybe it's the 10k oci in the new cars. Thanks all!
