Hi all,

I have a 2014 ES350. Just wonder if anyone has this problem. I was trying to transfer all my phone contacts to the phonebook on the car, and there are always contacts not been transferred. I look at the contacts been or not been transferred and couldn't found any difference in terms of formats. I have tried to delete my phone from my car and connect again. Same problem. I have a android phone with Oreo.

Contacts stored on the phone vs contacts in the Google account? In the phone contacts app they all are usually merged together but they may be synced differently.

That's good question. It's random. There are either phone or google contacts being or not being transferred. It's really frustrating.
