Default Is this a good deal for 2018 ES350?

Just got a quote from my local dealer for 2018 ES 350 with mostly every option with luxury package. The MSRP of the car is $46234 and the quote I got was around $36300 excluding tax, tags and etc. OTD was $38900 for state of VA. Also with 0% int for 60months. Is this a good deal?

Assuming that the dealer is not squeezing you on a trade in, hitting you with unfavorable lease or finance terms, adding unreasonable doc fees or other dealer charges, or adding on high profit dealer add-ons, I think that price is about as good as you are likely to do.

At this point, most dealers have reduced their inventories of the 2018 ES down to very low numbers, and they have little need to worry about having to immediately sell whatever remaining inventory they have. Your offer appears to be around 21% off from MSRP, and, again, assuming that there are not other large profit generators as part of the deal, I'm not sure how much better you are likely to do.

My dealer had 18 -25 new ES in July. When I was there a couple of weeks ago they only had 2019 ES. I imagine most 2018 ES have been gobbled up by now.

And that is another reason why, if you find a 2018 ES that is equipped the way you want it and that is being sold for a nicely discounted price, you shouldn't hesitate to buy it because, if that car is sold to someone else, it will likely be a challenge to find another one that has the equipment, color, etc. that you are looking for.

How did you get 0% for 5 years? I asked a dealer and he's offering $8500 off a luxury package 2018. No interest offer though.
My other choice is a 2016, 36k ultra luxury for $25k+tax

0% was hard to believe, so I stop by the dealer and double checked with the salesperson the day before. I wanted to confirm the price and the apr and she states everything was good to go. When I walked in the next day and was discussing the apr with the finance department, he had no idea what I was talking about. I spoke to the sales person about situation, she states that she thought I was inquiring about 2018RX’s?
Long story short, there is no 0% apr for 2018 ES’s but got a better deal for the car from a different dealer.
2018 ES350 MSRP 46847= otd 38000 including va tax tags and etc.
