Can I use my HS 300 (Hybrid car) to give jump start?

Nope. Reason being, to jump, you are using ICE power supply. In a hybrid case, you are using hybrid battery power supply or 12V one. Neither has enough whooomp to jump another vehicle.
Of course, you will have different opinions followed, so +bus is in the middle of long fuse box, large copper nut, and any suitable negative on engine.
But I'd rather not you do that. Hybrid systems are VERY expensive to replace.

What I am saying, with regular vehicle, you crank ICE that cranks alternator to produce higher voltage and amperage. You do not have this option on a hybrid even with ICE running.
