Got mine in September '15, a CPO '13 with 9700mi, not the UL but had everything else include rear sun shade. I think it was ~$34k plus tax.

As pointed out CPO is not really worth it on an ES which is being replaced. Discounts to move a replaced model is far greater and better value then a CPO. If you still think that price is better with a CPO due to a budget and play it safe, then either pick a CPO by extending your budget, or find a cheaper vehicle. CPO terms and conditions are as comprehensive as most people are lead to believe.
