Perforated NuLuxe heated and ventilated seats were not available on the ES with the Premium Package until either 2015 or 2016. So, either that car is a Luxury Package car or the pictures and description are not right. But I doubt that it is a Luxury Package car because it would be very rare to have a Luxury Package ES without the navigation system.

As someone who did research for 3 months on the web and probably saw thousands of cars. Trust me the dealerships description and the pictures and all that never matches properly. Do your homework and know more than your salesman. That's how you walk out with a better deal.

I have a 2013 ES350 with 75k miles on it and only the following maintenance items: oil changes every 10k, tire rotations, air filter changes, cabin air filter changes. That's it! I have not gotten any transmission fluid changes due to the overwhelming response by dealers, mechanics and even this forum to not do them.

Not a single problem with my 2013 ES350 - it's awesome and I love it! Would not hesitate to buy a higher mileage ES as long as the routine maintenance was done.

Thanks for all the input everyone! My fiancée and I ended up going and test driving a GS and we couldn’t resist it. Brought the new Lexus home today!
