so this is my first lexus after 15 years of Acura. Seems lexus is only company that makes you pay a dealer to download data and put in a flash drive. My acura i just go to their site download the gracenote update and put it in the car. Lexus says no updates are available on their site but you can go to the dealer to get it.

They support the dealer more than their customers. Same with navi, you can buy it and slip it in yourself with other mfg's. while they insist it is a complex process they take the sim card out of th box put it in and push the update button.

I SUGGEST WE START COMPLAINING IN MASS TO LEXUS CORPORATE AND TELL THEM TO GET WTH THE 21st CENTURY
