after my 2014 es350 sits for a couple hours the shifter feels scratchy and makes a plastic scraping kind of noise on the first movement or two. My moms 99 camry had the same thing for years. Dealer cannot replicate. It is there every day. I hate it. I have tried searching this site and google, perhaps i am not describing it correctly. I had a similar noise on my mazda after i had put in a short shift kit. Maybe there is not enough grease in a bushing. Maybe it is just the plastic slides/doors scraping on top of each other at the base of the shifter. Anyone else experience this and what did you do to fix it. Thanks!
