If someone could please measure the width and height of the front door corner trim next to the side mirror, circled in red in the picture below. I want to find out if it could potentially fit the 2014 Lexus GS. This is a vortex generator that reduces the wind noise from the side of the vehicle. The Lexus GS does not have this, if the dimensions are close, I want to buy one and attempt to swap out the one on my GS. if i'm successful and it works I will do a full write-up on the 4GS forums.
Toyota for some reason believes in these little "fins". You find them also on the tail lights. I don't see them on other car brands. I personally have my doubts that they actually have a useful function.

There is a thread on the previous generation LS forums with guys who installed this piece from the current gen LS with fins and have reported a diffrence.
LS and ES have this, I don't understand why they didn't put it on the GS. I wanted to experiment to see if it makes a difference on the GS.
The black triangle on my car is 3 inches wide and 4 inches high, so it doesn't appear the ES one will fit. The LS is even smaller.
