Default Do NOT buy them on ebay. They're not genuine...

Isn't ironic that we are discussing how to save pennies on a Lexus forum?
...or name brand batteries. I bought some for my BMW fob (the packaging said 'Panasonic' but they were knock-offs) and guess what? They didn't work properly. I had to use the key numerous times and my comfort access rarely worked. I read something on the Bimmer Post forums about these eBay batteries, went to a CVS and bought a couple genuine Panasonics and end of story! Both my fobs worked perfectly for key-less entry, starting and locking using the sensor on the door handle.

This is a great addition. The center storage bin is so deep things get lost in the bottom. With this I put things I rarely use in the bottom of the tray and everything else on top. Great coin holder.

Thanks. Figured I would order one after reading your post. (But I am cheap so ordered from ebay for $10.34 US shipping included.)

I actually checked on that and it does not. I would keep checking however because I am sure they will eventually make one for the 2016 and newer.

While I can't know for sure without taking exact measurements, the size/dimensions of the center console on my 2017 ES appear to be identical to those of the 2013 ES that I previously owned.

That makes me wonder if the Amazon sellers might just have not updated their listing in the last 2 years and if it could be the case that the storage tray would actually fit in the 2016 and 2017 ES.

+1 Spend more and get name brand, not worth the risk of leakage or the pita of early failure.

I keep forgetting that the car has a front windshield wiper de-icer (although luckily I don't live in an area where I have to make any frequent use of it). Its control is buried under one of the annoying sub-menus in the climate control system.

I have all sorts of 'stuff' in my center console and it was a pain finding what I needed because, as you mentioned, it's so deep and things get lost.

Just got my Salusy yesterday and have to say it's awesome! Yeah, I realize it's not some performance part or anything, but I'm OCD and ADD (kiddingly lol!) and need to have things organized or it drives me crazy! This thing works perfectly and even has a slot to run my charger and/or USB cords through it. Excellent design.

Kudos to you!

Can you still keep CDs in the console with this Salusy thing?

Default I suppose you can, however...

...this thing sits above the area where you would place your CDs, so you would have to lift it up to get to the bottom of the storage area to get to them. I can assure you there is enough room below this unit to store a pile of CDs.

Hey, some of us like our Beatles and Simon & Garfunkle Albums. Occasionally a bit of Supertramp and even Jimi Hendrix too. After all the main reason I bought the ES was that it had a CD player!
