Default Vehicle Health Report

Has anyone else been able to get their Vehicle Health Report by using the Lexus Drivers web site? I purchased a 2016 ES350 earlier in the year and every time I try to get my vehicle's health report it says No Data Available.

When you're dealer signed you up for Subscriber Connect (which activates your car's telematics and registers EnformSafety Connect and such), did they opt you in for Service Connect? Being opted in to that generates the Health Reports. You can always hit the SOS button and ask an operator if you're opted in.

I had to call to get it set up on our 2016 NX. You may have to do the same.

Called Lexus since the my Service Connect account was showing my subscription was inactive with an expiration date of 05/07/2016 which is the date I took delivery of the car. The Lexus Representative told me that they were experiencing problems with the newly redesigned Lexus Drivers web site and that updates were to take place in the next day or so. So guess I will give it another couple of days to see what develops.

Still cannot access my Vehicle Health Report even through I have called Lexus twice. My subscription to Service Connect still says inactive with the expiration date of the date I took delivery of the car. Cannot even subscribe to the Service Connect notifications because even though I check the subscribe box, and hit Save it comes back and still says I am unsubscribed. Beginning to regret buying this car since it has been one frustration after another. Going to give Lexus another call and if that does not resolve the issue I guess I will contact the dealership and see if they can offer any assistance.

Make an appointment with the tech adviser person. It is the person who should have set it all up at the start and went over everything with you. Every Lexus is supposed to have one is what I was told.

Waiting for Lexus Headquarters to get back with me. If they cannot resolve the issue then will make an appointment with the tech advisor at the dealership although they cannot fix the problem with the Lexus Drivers web site since that is where the problem is.

Now when I go to the Lexus Drivers web site it says no car is registered even though I input the VIN number. The next time I log in no VIN number assigned and it asking for a VIN number again. Does not save the data. Have messed with this issue now for over two months. Getting to the point that I would never consider buying a Lexus car ever again.

I dont know if it has anything to do with your issue but the site/servers for Lexus have had issues since they were upgraded and are still down. I was told that they are aware of the issues...

My 2016 didn't show up either. As I mentioned above, I had to call Lexus to sort it out (using the support number on the Lexus Drivers website). They answered right away and it took about two or three days before before they called back to let me know the web team has the issue resolved on my account. You are correct, the dealership won't be able to correct the web site.

I wouldn't let a poor web development team decide my car choices for me. I know you are frustrated but in this particular instance it is really their web team that has failed. I might add, that the health report doesn't say much so you aren't really missing anything IMHO. I know it is hard to make that judgement until you have seen one for yourself.

They told me the same thing yesterday when I called.

I am beginning to wonder if they will ever get this issue fixed. Still cannot access the vehicle health report. Have had this car 3 months now and it has been this way ever since I got the car. You would think Lexus would hire some competent software people. Since Service Connect was one of the benefits of the Enform subscription they might as well not even offer the service. Have made 4 calls to Lexus but just get the response "we are aware of the issue." Would not surprise me if the issue is still not resolved by the time it is time to renew the subscription. If it is then will not renew but will stay with AAA for roadside assistance. I refuse to pay for something that Lexus seems incapable of providing.

They will most likely extend the subscriptions for at least as long as it is not working and perhaps more once the issue is corrected.

Still cannot view my Vehicle Health Report. Called and talked to the Technology Specialist at the dealership 3 weeks ago. Said he contacted Lexus and opened a ticket on it since it appears the car is not transmitting the data. I was told it would take a week to two weeks to find out what is going on. Now going on three weeks and have not heard anything from either Lexus or the dealership. I have been complaining about this issue now for almost four months. Four calls to Lexus and one to the dealership and I get no answers. Frankly I am fed up with Lexus and their **** poor service. Will give it another week and then call the dealership again if no response is forthcoming. This was my first Lexus and if this is the type of service I get in the future then this will be my last Lexus. Beginning to regret I even bought a Lexus since the Vehicle Health Report is not the only problem I have experienced since I bought the car. I have brought up other issues I have had with both Lexus Headquarters and the dealership and they seem to care less.

Are you really basing your satisfaction over one feature? To be honest I haven't seen a health report yet on my 15 GS, I wouldn't mind seeing it but my experience with Lexus overall has been great. The car drives well, no real big issues and is reliable. Have you had any other issues besides this one?
